(14) 14-1697-S4 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to instructing the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) to prepare a report with recommendations that provide an update to the 2018 progress report, titled Update on the Progress of the Mandatory Soft-Story and Non-Ductile Concrete Retrofit Programs, with regard to the implementation of and compliance with the City's seismic retrofit programs. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Yaroslavsky - Krekorian): INSTRUCT the LADBS to prepare a report within 60 days with recommendations that provides an update to its 2018 progress report, titled Update on the Progress of the Mandatory Soft-Story and Non-Ductile Concrete Retrofit Programs, relative to the implementation of and compliance with the City's seismic retrofit programs.
