(10) 19-0827 CD 15 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to updates to the Paseo Del Mar Roadway Plan and its options. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker - Park): INSTRUCT the Bureau of Engineering (BOE) and Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) to report on updates to the Paseo Del Mar Roadway Plan and its options. REQUEST the City Administrative Officer (CAO), in partnership with the BOE and RAP, to report on a multi-year phased funding plan for the Paseo Del Mar Roadway Plan’s options. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
