(18) 13-0656-S1 CD 9 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving the extension for the grant performance period for the Proposition 84 Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program Grants (Prop 84) - Slauson-Wall Park (PRJ20769) Project, from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2026. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE the extension for the grant performance period for the Prop 84 - Slauson-Wall Project from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2026. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP), or designee to execute the Prop 84 grant contract amendment agreements for the Slauson-Wall Park Project extending the grant performance period of each of such projects until June 30, 2026, as set forth in Attachment 1 of the February 2, 2023, Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners (Board) report, attached to the Council file, and subject to approval by the City Council and the City Attorney as to form. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, RAP, or designee to  execute the Prop 84 grant contract amendment agreement for the Slauson-Wall project extending the grant performance period of each of such projects until June 30, 2026, as set forth in Attachment 1 of the February 2, 2023, Board report, attached to the Council file and subject to approval by the City Council and the City Attorney as to form.
