Approve the Purchase of Shade Structure for the National Fitness Court at Mistletoe\nPark\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve and award a contract for the\npurchase and installation of a shade structure from USA Shade and Fabric\nStructures for the National Fitness Court at Mistletoe Park in the Amount of\n$128,294.48; Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to the\ncontract, subject to review and minor modifications by the City Attorney; and\nutilize a 10% contingency in the amount of $12,829.45, if necessary.\nDepartment: Community Development
