(36) 13-0933-S6 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ - HERNANDEZ) relative to amending the Council action of December 13, 2022 regarding the Arts Development Fee Update and the adoption of the Arts Development Fee Expenditure report (Council file No. 13-0933-S6) to change the proposed use of one Council District 7 Arts Development Fee account, from the Veterans Memorial Statue to the Roger Jessup Park Public Art Project.  Recommendation for Council action: AMEND the Council action of December 13, 2022 regarding the Arts Development Fee Update and the adoption of the Arts Development Fee Expenditure report (Council file No. 13-0933-S6) to change the proposed use of one Council District 7 Account (No. K754), from “Veterans Memorial Statue” to “Roger Jessup Park Public Art Project”, and to authorize the Department of Cultural Affairs to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.  Community Impact Statement: None submitted Motion (Rodriguez - Hernandez) dated 3-14-23 Report from Department of Cultural Affairs dated 12-02-22
