(39) 23-0289 CD 11 MOTION (PARK - YAROSLAVSKY) relative to a street banner campaign to promote the Earth Day LA 2023 event hosted by the Bureau of Sanitation on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, the Street Banner program being coordinated by the Bureau of Sanitation encouraging participation and attendance at Earth Day LA 2023, for the period of March 2023 to May 2023.
