(46) 23-0223 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Genry Yobani Siguaque-Davila v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV16868. (This matter arises from a trip and fall accident that occurred on the sidewalk near 11855 West Magnolia Boulevard in Los Angeles, California on December 17, 2019.)
