(47) 23-0234 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled April Lang v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV21185. (This matter arises from a trip and fall which occurred on March 26, 2020 at or near 1548 North Orange Grove Avenue in the City of Los Angeles.)
