(6) 22-0477 CD 7 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a Plan Approval appeal filed for the property located at 13351 – 13377 North Glenoaks Boulevard. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: FIND, based on the whole of the administrative record, that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Article 19, Section 15301, Class 1, and there is no substantial evidence demonstrating that an exception to a categorical exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15300.2 applies. ADOPT the FINDINGS of the Los Angeles City Planning Commission (LACPC), as the Findings of Council. RESOLVE TO DENY THE APPEAL filed by Manuel Martinez in part from the determination of the LACPC, and THEREBY SUSTAIN the determination of the LACPC in approving and sustaining the Planning Director’s Determination for a Plan Approval, pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 12.24 M, to continue the use and operation of a campus with three public charter schools on an approximately 7.3 acre site in the RA-­1-­K Zone, originally approved under Case No. CPC­-2013­-1495-CU; for the property located at 13351 - 13377 North Glenoaks Boulevard, subject to Modified Conditions of Approval.
