(9) 23-0134 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a comprehensive assessment of all City-funded beautification and cleaning programs. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker - Rodriguez - Lee): INSTRUCT the Board of Public Works and Bureau of Sanitation, with the assistance of the City Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), to report with a comprehensive assessment of all City-funded beautification and cleaning programs including an analysis of any potential program overlap where efficiencies could be realized and metrics used to determine programs' success, coordination, and effectiveness at engaging with youth and creating local job opportunities. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the CLA has completed a financial analysis of this report.
