(31) 23-0212 CD 14 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (DE LEÓN – PARK) relative to the creation of the Arts District Los Angeles Business Improvement District (BID). Recommendations for Council action: INSTRUCT the City Clerk, or designee, to sign the petition for the City-owned parcels included in the Arts District Los Angeles BID. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any changes or adjustments to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
