(32) 15-0417-S1 CD 15 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY CLERK relative to the San Pedro Historic Waterfront (Property-Based) Business Improvement District (BID) Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Annual Planning Report. Recommendations for Council action: FIND that: The FY 2023 Annual Planning Report for the San Pedro Historic Waterfront BID, attached to the City Clerk report dated December 19, 2022, attached to the Council file, complies with the requirements of the State Law. The increase in the 2023 budget concurs with the intentions of the San Pedro Historic Waterfront BID's Management District Plan and does not adversely impact the benefits received by assessed property owners. ADOPT said FY 2023 Annual Planning Report for the San Pedro Historic Waterfront BID, pursuant to the State Law. Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Clerk reports that there is no impact to the General Fund associated with this action.
