(12) 23-0259 CD 5 HEARING COMMENTS relative to an Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for both off-site and on-site consumption at Curated Services, LLC, located at 353 - 355 North La Brea Avenue. Recommendations for Council action: DETERMINE that the issuance of a liquor license at Curated Services, LLC, located at 353 - 355 North La Brea Avenue, will serve the Public Convenience or Necessity and will not tend to create a law enforcement problem. GRANT the Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for  both off-site and on-site consumption at Curated Services, LLC, located at 353 - 355 North La Brea Avenue. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to transmit this determination to the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control as required findings under Business and Professions Code Section 23958.4.
