(16) 23-0327 CD 2 MOTION (KREKORIAN - HERNANDEZ) relative to a street banner campaign celebrating Toluca Lake’s 100th anniversary coordinated by the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, the Street Banner program identifying the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program for the period of April 1, 2023 to April 1, 2024.
