(17) 23-0328 CD 2 MOTION (KREKORIAN - PRICE) relative to funding for police response to fireworks calls within Council District 2. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $30,000 from the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281202 (CD 2 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the Police Fund No. 100/70, Account No. 1092 (Overtime - Police Officers), for police response to fireworks calls within Council District 2, in coordination with the Council office, as follows: $15,000 for North Hollywood Division, $7,500 for Foothill Division, and $7,500 for Van Nuys Division. AUTHORIZE the Los Angeles Police Department to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
