(21) 19-0168-S1 CD 7 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ - LEE) relative to installing street banners to be used as an outreach to encourage residents, businesses, employees and others stakeholders in the area to become involved in the community and with the civic activities of the Mission Hills Neighborhood Council. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, the Street Banner program identifying the Mission Hills Neighborhood Council activities, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program from April 2023 to April 2024.
