(26) 23-0345 CD 8 MOTION (HARRIS-DAWSON - PRICE) and RESOLUTION relative to authorizing the execution and delivery of a Third Amendment to Installment Sale Agreement and a Third Supplemental Trust Agreement in connection with the Certificates of Participation, Series 2013 (Department of Public Social Services Facility), relating to financing undertaken for the benefit of Exposition Park West Asset Leasing Corporation located at 3833 South Vermont Avenue and 1024 West 38th Street, Los Angeles, California 90037. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION approving the execution and delivery of all documents necessary to effectuate the implementation of the Secured Overnight Finance Rate and other matters related thereto in connection with the Certificates of Participation, Series 2013 (Department of Public Social Services Facility), at the City Council Meeting to be held on March 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., located at 200 North Spring Street, Room 340, Los Angeles, California 90012.
