(28) 15-1107-S1 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to Contract Amendments for the continued provision of planning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture and/or project management, and economic analysis services. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Director of Planning, Department of City Planning (DCP), to: Execute a Second Amendment to three contracts, for time extension only for AECOM Technical Services, Inc., BAE Urban Economics, Inc., and HR&A Advisors, Inc. for planning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture and/or project management, and economic analysis services; and, continue authorization of the not-to-exceed compensation limits in the cumulative amount of $2,536,172, as follows: Contract No.  Contractor Not-To-Exceed Amount C-126629 AECOM Technical Services $  442,631 C-126628 BAE Urban Economics 1,453,171 C-126625 HR&A Advisors, Inc. 640,370 Total: $2,536,172 Retroactively extend the contract terms for two contracts by 37 months from November 12, 2022 through December 31, 2025, for a total contract term of ten years and one month, and one contract by 12 months from November 12, 2022 through November 30, 2023, in substantial conformance with the draft Amendments included in the City Administrative Officer (CAO) report dated February 6, 2023, attached to the Council file, subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney as to form and compliance with the City’s contracting requirements.
