(3) 23-0166 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the investigation, solutions, and prevention of human trafficking among homeless youth in the City. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Park - Rodriguez): INSTRUCT the Community Investment for Families Department, the Youth Development Department, with assistance from the Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), and other departments as appropriate, to investigate and report on solutions to prevent human trafficking among homeless youth in the City.
