Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker - Park): REQUEST the Port of Los Angeles, and INSTRUCT the Department of Recreation and Parks, Bureau of Engineering, and any other relevant City departments, to report on the feasibility of replacing the Knoll Hill Dog Park in proximity to its current location. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
