(8) 23-0303 PERSONNEL, AUDITS, AND HIRING COMMITTEE REPORT relative to reviewing and updating any training materials that relate to LGBTQIA+ people. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Yaroslavsky – McOsker – Hernandez): INSTRUCT the Personnel Department to review and update any training materials that relate to LGBTQIA+ people, including but not limited to the mandatory Citywide harassment training program, and the Workplace Gender Transition Guidelines, in consultation with the City's Transgender Advisory Council, recently-transitioned employees interested in sharing their feedback, and other stakeholders.  Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
