(25) 23-0315 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to an assessment of the number of street trees damaged and uprooted in the recent cycle of storms and any damage to adjacent sidewalks. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Park - Lee): INSTRUCT the Bureau of Street Services and Bureau of Engineering, with the assistance of any necessary departments, to report with an assessment of the number of street trees damaged and uprooted in the recent cycle of storms and any damage to adjacent sidewalks; and to report with recommendations to better protect the City's tree canopy and sidewalk system in advance of future storm events.
