(26) 23-0325 ADMINISTRATIVE AND CATEGORICAL EXEMPTIONS and TRADE, TRAVEL, AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving the First Amendment to Reimbursement Agreement DA-5455 with Delta Air Lines, Inc., covering additional electrical capacity to Terminal 3 and power redundancy to the north terminals at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the determination by the Board of Airport Commissioners (Board) that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(f) and Article lll, Class 1(2) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. APPROVE the First Amendment to Reimbursement Agreement DA-5455 with Delta Air Lines, Inc., to extend the term through July 14, 2024, covering additional electrical capacity to Terminal 3 and power redundancy to the north terminals at LAX. CONCUR with said Board’s action on December 1, 2022, by Board Resolution 27635, authorizing the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, Los Angeles World Airports, to execute said First Amendment to Reimbursement Agreement DA-5455 with Delta Air Lines, Inc.
