(28) 23-0402 CD 11 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL, AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving a seven-year Contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., covering project and construction management services for projects related to the Airfield and Terminal Modernization Project (ATMP) Roadway Improvements at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the determination by the Board of Airport Commissioners (Board) that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(i) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. APPROVE the seven-year Contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., covering project management and construction management services for projects related to the ATMP Roadway Improvements at LAX, for cost not to exceed $138,500,000. CONCUR with said Board’s action on December 15, 2022, by Board Resolution 27655, authorizing the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, Los Angeles World Airports, to execute said Contract with HDR Engineering, Inc.
