(30) 12-0743 CD 15 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL, AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving the Third Amendment to Permit No. 899 with Pacific Battleship Center, a museum and educational facility commonly referred to as the USS Iowa, to provide additional staff, parking, and annual reporting. Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the determination by the Board of Harbor Commissioners (Board) that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article IlI, Class 1(3) and Class 1(14) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. APPROVE the Port of Los Angeles Resolution No. 22-10075 authorizing proposed approval of the Third Amendment to Permit No. 899 with Pacific Battleship Center.
