(4) 23-0320 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to safety protocols during storm events, and practices that can be implemented to improve and ensure lineworker safety, and related matters. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Park - McOsker): REQUEST the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to report on existing worker safety protocols during storm events like those that occurred in February and March 2023; and practices which may be improved or implemented to ensure lineworker safety moving forward.
