Recommendation for Council action: RESOLVE that the Mayor's appointment of Ms. Elnie Vannatim to the Board of Zoo Commissioners for the term ending June 30, 2027, is APPROVED and CONFIRMED. Ms. Vannatim resides in Council District 5. Ms. Vannatim will fill the vacancy created by Ms. Margot Armbruster, whom the Mayor removed effective May 5, 2023 or at the time Ms. Armbruster’s successor is confirmed by the City Council.
