(47) 21-0718-S2 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - HUTT) relative to approving a Street Banner program for the period of April 22, 2023 to October 15, 2023 to confront an increase in antisemitic incidents in Council District 5. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE, in accordance with the Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, a Street Banner program being coordinated by Councilmember Katy Yaroslavsky, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program for the period of April 22, 2023 to October 15, 2023.
