(5) 23-0383 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to Board Resolution No. 023-181, which approves the Commercial Energy Storage to Grid Pilot Program Guidelines, its corresponding Standard Offer for Commercial Energy Storage to Grid (CES2G) Pilot Interconnection Agreement, and Pilot Standard Offer Agreement Distribution Voltage Energy Storage Supply Service (DESS) Rate Agreement. Recommendation for Council action: CONCUR with the Board of Water and Power Commissioners (Board) action on March 28, 2023, approving Board Resolution 023-181, which approves the Commercial Energy Storage to Grid Pilot Program Guidelines, its corresponding Standard Offer for CES2G Pilot Interconnection Agreement, and DESSÂ Rate Agreement.
