(6) 18-0384 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Measure W, Safe Clean Water Program (Measure W), transfer agreements, addenda, and related actions for the Round 3 projects, the Project Support Letter Policy, Watershed Investment Strategic Plan (WISP), and related matters. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: APPROVE the recommendations detailed in the March 20, 2023 City Administrative Officer (CAO) report authorizing the Board of Public Works to execute the Round 3 transfer agreements, addenda,  and necessary actions to implement the Measure W projects, attached to the Council file. APPROVE the recommendations detailed in the April 6, 2023, Measure W, Administrative Oversight Committee report, authorizing the Bureau of Sanitation to publish and implement the 2022-2023 WISP, attached to the Council file. CONTINUE the CAO report, dated April 7, 2023, relative to the proposed Project Support Letter Policy, attached to the Council file.
