(32) 22-0973-S1 CD 4 MOTION (RAMAN – HERNANDEZ) relative to a street banner campaign within the defined boundaries of the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE, in accordance with the Los Angeles Municipal code (LAMC) Section 62.132, the street banner program being coordinated by the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council, as a City of Los Angeles Non-event Street Banner Program for the period of October 14, 2023 to October 14, 2024.
