(15) 20-0841-S32 CD 11 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to executing a revocable license agreement between the City and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for property located at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard in Council District 11, for the operation of an A Bridge Home (ABH) interim housing site. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Department of General Services (GSD), or designee, to negotiate and execute a revocable license agreement with the VA for the ABH site located at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard in Council District 11, to operate an interim housing site under the terms and conditions substantially outlined in the GSD report dated February 23, 2023, contained in the Municipal Facilities Committee report dated March 21, 2023, attached to Council file No. 20-0841-S32.
