Recommendation for Council action: RESOLVE that the Mayor’s appointment of Mr. Shi Young Lim to the CCR for the term ending June 30, 2026, is APPROVED and CONFIRMED. Mr. Lim currently resides in Council District 11. Mr. Lim will fill the vacancy created by Victor Narro, whom the Mayor removed effective May 5, 2023 or at the time Mr. Narro's successor is confirmed by the City Council.
