(1) 14-1072-S1 CD 9 ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the South Los Angeles Industrial Tract 2021-2024 (Property-Based) Business Improvement District (BID) Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Annual Planning Report . Recommendations for Council action: FIND that: The Annual Planning Report, attached to the Council File, for the South Los Angeles Industrial Tract 2021-2024 BID's 2023 FY complies with the requirements of the State Law. The increase in the 2023 budget concurs with the intentions of the South Los Angeles Industrial Tract 2021-2024 BID's Management District Plan and does not adversely impact the benefits received by assessed property owners. ADOPT the Annual Planning Report, attached to the Council File, for the South Los Angeles Industrial Tract 2021-2024 BID's 2023 FY, pursuant to the State Law.
