(5) 15-0094-S1 CD 12 ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Old Granada Village 2021-2026 (Property-Based) Business Improvement District (BID) Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Annual Planning Report. Recommendations for Council action: FIND that: The FY 2023 Annual Planning Report for the Old Granada Village 2021-2026 BID, attached to the City Clerk report dated February 15, 2023, attached to the Council file, complies with the requirements of the State Law. The increase in the 2023 budget concurs with the intentions of the Old Granada Village 2021-2026 BID’s Management District Plan and does not adversely impact the benefits received by assessed property owners. ADOPT the FY 2023 Annual Planning Report for the Old Granada Village 2021-2026 BID, pursuant to the State Law.
