Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated May 9, 2023, amending Article 4 of Chapter X of the LAMC to regulate Commercial Cannabis Activity.
