(10) 23-0536 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - BLUMENFIELD) relative to additional funding to support local neighborhood programs, services, and needs in Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE the unallocated balance in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000872 (CD 15 Council Fee Subsidy) to the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000715 (CD 15 Community Services), for additional support of local neighborhood programs, services, and needs in Council District 15.
