(7) 23-0567 CD 5 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - McOSKER) relative to funding for a personal services contract with Indigov Corporation to provide services to the Fifth Council District. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE the personal services contract, attached to the Motion, with Indigov Corporation to provide services to the Fifth Council District as set forth therein. AUTHORIZE the Councilwoman of the Fifth District to execute this contract on behalf of the City. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to encumber the necessary funds against the Contractual Services Account of the Council Fund for Fiscal Year 2023-2024, and to reflect it as a charge against the budget of the involved Council Office.
