(1) 23-0412 CD 15 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the transfer of jurisdiction and control of certain City public rights-of-way along the Alameda Corridor from the Department of Public Works (DPW) to the Los Angeles Harbor Department (Harbor). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the transfer of jurisdiction and control of certain City public rights-of-way along the Alameda Corridor, as identified in the Notice of Transfer of Jurisdiction and Control submitted by the Board of Public Works (BPW) dated April 13, 2023, attached to the Council file, from the DPW to the Harbor, as reviewed by the City Attorney as-to-form.
