Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (de León – Rodriguez): DESIGNATE the intersection of 2nd and Main Streets, in the Historic Core neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles, as “Cooper Do-nuts / Nancy Valverde Square". DIRECT the Los Angeles Department of Transportation to erect permanent ceremonial sign(s) to this effect at this location.
