(7) 11-1813-S8 CD 15 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to an analysis of regulating authority for the water basin under the purview of the City’s jurisdiction, when it comes to the operations of the site as described in the Motion, and its potential water contamination produced by the Rancho LPG Facility. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker - Raman): INSTRUCT the Board of Public Works, specifically the Office of Petroleum and Natural Gas Administration and Safety, Bureau of Sanitation, Emergency Management Department, Los Angeles Fire Department, Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, Los Angeles Department of Power and Water, and any other relevant department, with the cooperation and coordination of the City Attorney, to report with an analysis of regulating authority for the water basin under the purview of the City’s jurisdiction, when it comes to the operations of the site as described in the Motion, and its potential water contamination produced by the Rancho LPG Facility.
