No. 5423-016-006, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated May 18, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1637 North Benton Way (Case No. 801906), Assessor I.D. No. 5423-016-006, from the REAP.
