(38) 23-0535 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY relative to waiver of conflict of interest for WFBM, LLP (Walsworth), regarding its representation of the City together with the Southern California Gas Company (Socal Gas) in the matter of Crow, Jennifer Sparks v. Southern California Gas Company, et al. Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the waiver of conflict of interest for Walsworth in its representation of the City together with Socal Gas, and AUTHORIZE the City Attorney to execute the waiver with Walsworth.
