(45) 23-0458 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Silva Manvelyan v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV05092. (This matter arises from a February 17, 2020, incident in which Plaintiff tripped and fell on metal bolts on the sidewalk located at 4739 West Hollywood Boulevard.)
