(12) 23-0002-S31 RULES, ELECTIONS, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and REVISED RESOLUTION relative to establishing the City’s position regarding legislation similar to S. 154, the Preventing Auto Recycling Thefts (PART) Act, to address the problem of catalytic converter theft. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Revised Resolution provided by the Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to include in the City's 2023-24 Federal Legislative Program SUPPORT for legislation similar to S. 154, the PART Act, to address the problem of catalytic converter theft.
