(22) 22-0617 CDs 1, 9, 14 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT (PLUM) relative to rescinding the Downtown Community Plan Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 187822, and instructing the Department of City Planning (DCP) to prepare a corrected ordinance for the Downtown Community Plan. Recommendations for Council action: RESCIND the Downtown Community Plan Zoning Ordinance No. 187822.
