(3) 23-0564 CD 14 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING COMMENTS relative to an Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for both off-site and on-site consumption at The Honest Bottle Company, located at 4511 - 4513 North Eagle Rock Boulevard. Recommendations for Council action: DETERMINE that the issuance of a liquor license at QuickStop Liquor Market, located at 945 West Pacific Coast Highway, will serve the Public Convenience or Necessity and will not tend to create a law enforcement problem. GRANT the Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption at QuickStop Liquor Market, located at 945 West Pacific Coast Highway. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to transmit this determination to the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control as required findings under Business and Professions Code Section 23958.4.
