(54) 23-0725 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE BOARD OF AIRPORT COMMISSIONERS (Board) relative to individual three-year Contracts with Clean Energy and US Venture Inc. for covering supply and delivery of compressed natural gas at Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport. Recommendations for Council action:  ADOPT the determination by the Board that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines.  APPROVE the individual three-year Contracts with Clean Energy and US Venture Inc. covering supply and delivery of compressed natural gas at Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport, for costs not to exceed $6,000,000 and $3,000,000, respectively.  CONCUR with the Board’s actions on May 18, 2023, by Resolution 27733, authorizing the Chief Executive Officer, Los Angeles World Airports, or designee, to execute said individaul three-year Contracts with Clean Energy and US Venture Inc.
