(59) 23-0742 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT - McOSKER - LEE) relative to funding for the installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon with a crosswalk at West Jefferson and Hillcrest in Council District 10. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $250,000 in the AB 1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281210 (CD 10 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to a new Account in the Transportation Trust Fund No. 840/94, entitled "CD10 Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon at West Jefferson and Hillcrest”, for the installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon with a crosswalk at West Jefferson and Hillcrest in Council District 10. AUTHORIZE the Department of Transportation to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means be authorized to make any technical corrections or clarifications to the above funding instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
