(4) 23-0205 HEARING APPEALS, COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the proposed 2023 Annual Weed and Brush Abatement Program. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated July 24, 2023, for the 2023 season authorizing and ordering the abatement of weeds, rubbish, refuse and/or dirt upon certain streets, sidewalks, parkways and on, or in front of, certain private properties in the City of Los Angeles, which are a public nuisance as set forth in the 2023 Ordinance of Intention No. 187915 adopted by the Council on June 20, 2023. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the City Attorney. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
